This package includes:

Chapel
Use of the South Harbor Village Chapel that is nestled on the waterway of Southport, NC.  

Officiant
(non denominational minister  will perform religious or non religious ceremony)

Sand Ceremony
(Includes glass container for you to keep forever)

Professional Photographer
(includes all digital files)

Video of wedding put to DVD
Includes a video of your wedding put to DVD. This is NOT an edited video.

Chapel  Decorations
We will supply white candles, white pew bows, an arbor, pillars and a white runner

Music
Prelude music, the Wedding March, and more!!  
(You may hire our guitar player for an additional $125)

Director
You will have a director to direct you and your wedding party to alleviate all stress.

Bridal Party
This package is for Four (4) bridesmaids and Four (4) groomsmen and Two (2) children only.

Filing
Our officiant will file your paperwork for you.

The color scheme will be all white, and may include a few pastel colors.  Unfortunately we are unable
to provide custom color decorations.


Consultation via email and phone only is included. If you would like a rehearsal or meeting, the
minister and director are available with music for an additional $200.00 for one hour.

(a prior meeting with the director only can be reserved for $100 per hour at any time.)

**This package can not be altered.  You may choose to have your own minister, however, our price
remains the same.  There are to be no other cameras during the ceremony, only ours.**

Q: Why choose a package?
A: These packages are
designed to fit the basic
needs and frills that every
bride deserves.

Q: Is a rehearsal necessary?
A: No, we do so many
wonderful weddings that we
have this down to a science.

Q: How much to reserve this
package, and how do I pay?
A: $250 to reserve the
package and you can mail in a
check with your contract.

Q: Why no other photography?
A: Our trained photographer
will capture everything!  We do
not need other flashes going
off, or people standing up in
the aisles to get shots.  Plus,
you are getting all of the digital
files, so why worry, just enjoy.

Q: What time should we arrive?
A: Your groom and
groomsmen should arrive and
go tot he side entrance 15
minutes prior to your wedding,
and have the final payment.
The Bride and bridesmaids
should arrive 5 minutes prior
to the wedding, and be ready
to walk. The director  and
officiant will meet you in the
parking lot. You will come in
the front entrance.

Q: What music will be played?
A: Canon D for mothers and
bridesmaids, Bridal March for
bride.

Q: What photos will the
photographer take afterwards?
A: The photographer will take
one huge group photo. infront
of the chapel.  Then, the bridal
party, family of the bride and
groom, and bride and groom
will stay for some photos.  We
will spend about 15 minutes
on just the bride and groom
when the photos are
completed.

Q: When can I expect my
photos and video?
A: 14 - 21 days.

reception?
