You literally Just Show Up!! $4,900.00 Complete Beach Package is for up to 50 people! * Minister (non denominational minister will perform religious or non religious ceremony) Sand Ceremony (Includes glass container for you to keep forever) Professional Photographers (includes, 75 4x6, 2 8x10 and two copies of all digital files) Beachfront Decorations (includes 30 chairs with white covers, 6 lit tiki torches, aisle lined with conch shells, small table for cake, white decorated arch...any guest over 30 people will stand behind the covered chairs for the ceremony) Music (Prelude music, the Wedding March, and more!! Also, we will provide wedding music for the cutting of the cake, toast, and even a first dance if that is what you want!) Three Tiered Beach Wedding Cake, utensils and plates (includes a basic beach themed wedding cake, delivered and set up to your location) This includes a small tier that will be packaged separately for you to take home for your 1st anniversary. Fresh Flowers Two bridal bouquets and two boutineers, single flowers for all bridesmaids, Two Mother's corsages (In season flowers or roses at director's discretion) Sparkling Cider for toast. Three bottles of sparkling cider and 50 flutes for your guests to toast with you! Firework Display A small firework display after you are announced husband and wife! Video DVD A non edited video of your wedding put to DVD. Release of White Doves White doves will be released during your wedding. (Weather conditions permitting) OR Your guests will receive and hold up to 50 white balloons after the ceremony is finished. The minister will make a few remarks, and simultaneously, everyone will release the balloons and watch as they float into the sky OR you can release two white doves. This is an excellent photo moment! Custom Color Selection You can pick one of the following colors you would like for your wedding: light blue, pink, teal, lavender, lime green Permits We will get all permits necessary to perform the ceremony on the beach. (Event permit and fire permit) Rehearsal This includes a meeting with the director OR a rehearsal with the director only. Times may vary. DVD Picture Movie Your pictures from the ceremony and reception set to music and on a DVD for you to take home or uploaded to Youtube and emailed to you. (Director's choice) Weather Protection Plan This includes the use of a reception hall, beach house, plantation style home, or meeting/banquet room at a local hotel IF the weather does not permit us to hold the ceremony on the beach. In the event that we can not hold the ceremony on the beach, we will have our photographers meet you on the beach when the weather permits to take additional pictures. The photographer(s) will spend 45 minutes on the beach taking pictures of the bride and groom. (and any children of the marriage) Luau Reception |

| Marriage Licenses You may obtain and marriage license from ANY county in North Carolina. Just bring it to us on the day of your wedding and we will do all of the necessary filing for you. | Set up and clean up for your beach side reception just feet away from your wedding site. Once your wedding is over, your guests can walk over and get the party started at your beach side Luau reception/party. We will even make a pit fire for you if you want one! You can dance, eat and socialize! Once you are done, you can take the leftovers home. If you would like, please call us about setting up the reception at your beach house. Depending on the location, etc, we may be able to set up at your rental home on Oak Island. * A decorated table for the food, and separate table for the cake * Six round tables and two rectangle tables decorated for your guest *Buffet style luau food with premium dinnerware * Music for dancing *Two servers to refill drinks and help with cake cutting *One photographer to cover 30 minutes of the reception. (other cameras ARE allowed during the reception) Chicken and BBQ Pork & Sauce, Green Beans or Baked Beans Corn on the Cob or Potato Salad hushpuppies, Tea, Water & Ice, Cups, Plates, Utensils, Napkins, Table for Food, Trash Bins, Pit Fire, Beach wedding reception Music, Two Friendly Servers *if you will have more than 50 people total, there is a fee of $16.00 per person over 50. ** We are unable to provide alcohol service** Total time for reception is approximately 1 1/2 - 2 hours If you wedding starts at 6pm, your wedding & reception will last until 9pm |
